This would be the one point in which Nomad and I disagree - the skirt of the maid uniform.
Personally I like them to be frilly and a little flouncy, the better for them to flip around as the poor bound damsel hops from place to place. Nomad, on the other hand, prefers them to be figure-huggingly tight - a point of view I can definitely understand, as either way they look awesome.

I love both versions too, but personally, I like for the skirt to be really short and tight, but have frills that can bounce around when she moves
